Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We specialize in used and refurbished test & measurement instruments, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and related electronic equipment. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
For some used or customized items, additional preparation or testing time may be required. In such cases, we will notify you by email in advance.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Origin

Most items are shipped from China.
Certain products may be shipped from overseas warehouses depending on availability. The shipping origin will be confirmed before dispatch.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We primarily use international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS, depending on destination, package size, and customer preference.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, destination country regulations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

In some cases, shipping fees may be quoted separately for large, heavy, or sensitive instruments.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

  • We can provide commercial invoices and HS codes upon request to assist with customs processing

6. Packaging & Handling

All instruments are:

  • Professionally packed with anti-static materials and protective cushioning

  • Inspected before shipment

  • Securely sealed to minimize the risk of damage during transit

For fragile or high-value equipment, reinforced packaging or wooden crates may be used if necessary.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the package and the damaged item

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a reasonable solution.

9. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Any additional shipping costs due to failed delivery or address correction will be borne by the buyer.
